An accomplished Executive Leader offering robust financing, strategic and operational leadership skills gained from nearly 20 years’ expertise on both sides of the corporate fence. With a portfolio of successes building, growing and leading multimillion-dollar organisations as a Board Member, Advisor and Co-Founder/MD of an ASX listed company, I understand the complexities involved in creating scalable, profitable and sustainable businesses that maximise growth and shareholder return. Equally passionate about establishing high performance working environments, I leverage strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships and valuable networks. Combining a depth of knowledge in business, and across a variety of sectors in Australia and internationally, I support and guide entrepreneurs and executives throughout the business lifecycle, from idea validation, product development, business model innovation, GTM and capital raising/IPO activities, and on to the creation of healthy working cultures, board structures and management frameworks. I am particularly interested in applying successful lean startup methodologies in the startup and corporate environments.
